For returns, you have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
For the item to be eligible for a return, it must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was received. We will also require the proof of purchase and/or receipt.
You shall be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For refunds, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Where the refund is approved, a refund to your original method of payment will be initiated. You will be credited based on the terms of your card issuer’s policies.
